The Spokesman of Foreign Office Abdul Basit has reiterated the support for Afghanistan and said that Pakistan will support Afghanistan's own strategy to regional peace and not with foreign agenda attached to it. Talking to a private TV news channel, he said that Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi would stress on a solution to resolve the regional conflict.

The spokesman further said the discussion in conference in London would focus on security and development in the war-ravaged country. He said the Foreign Minister would also be meeting British Foreign Secretary and US Secretary of State, during his visit to London. Qureshi will also have discussions with US special envoy Richard Holbroke and German Foreign Minister, on the sidelines of this conference, he added.
